Dear Brothers,
Thank you for the opportunity of serving as your Governor for the 2010-
2011 year. For those of you that don’t know me personally, I have been a Moose member for 25 years after a long career in the U.S.
Army.
I feel we have a great board this year who are willing to serve our Lodge. If anyone has thoughts or concerns involving the lodge, please contact me at 424-0756 or 391-0718. I can also be reached at E-mail
rlucas1003@earthlink.net. Hopefully, we will have a good turnout
at the Governor’s Ball on May 15. Come and show your support for the Lodge.
I would like to thank all the Women of the Moose for their continued support for the Lodge. It would not function nearly as
well without all their help. I look forward to the coming year and
let’s all strive to improve our membership by adding more members and
encouraging those we now have to work with and for the Lodge to the benefit of us all.

Dear Co-workers,
May was an outstanding beginning to our new year. The reception held May 2 for Grand Regent Wilma Chestnut was absolutely beautiful! Plus, we had a great turnout. I was very proud of our chapter and lodge. To everyone involved, GREATJOB!!!
June is publicity month. Unfortunately, we do not have a chairperson for the month. The chapter board will be responsible for the WOTM family dinner on June 18th. So please come out, enjoy a great meal, and support your Chapter!
My fellow co-workers and I are working hard on the chapter/lodge cookbook. We have extended the deadline for turning in recipes until June 15. Please get your recipes in. We would hate for anyone to be left out!
Chapter meetings are held the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month. Meeting time is 7:30. We would love to see more ladies come out and give us your ideas for helping our Chapter continue to improve!
